The apartment is in the west part of Vienna and lies over the rooves of Ottakring (this district is named Ottakring) in the 7^th floor with lift. The apartment have got two rooms, anteroom, kitchen with cooking facilities, bath, WC. It is modern, but it has a leather suite in the living room. Between of the living room and the sleeping room is an atrium with plants. There are two teraces, cable TV, telephon and central heating.

If you will have beautiful wheater you will see the picturesque view, the city, the city hall, St. Stephan´s Cathedral, Votivchurch, Kahlenberg, Leopoldsberg, Wienerwald, and the new building at the danube the Millenniumstower, with a height of 202 m.

Bed linen, towels, cooking crockery are in the apartment. The drinks from the fridge are additional settlement. A parking space is available for need.

By tram “J”, 9, 44 and 46, by bus 10A,by S 45, and by U 3 (it is the endstation) you will be in the city for 8-10 minutes.
